Description:

The aircon servicing includes cleaning of the indoor fan coil, clearing of the drainage piping (to prevent leaking) and checking for your air conditioning system.

General service of air conditioner is needed to keep your air conditioner equipment working in its best condition.
(Prevention is better than cure)

Scope of Work:

·         Clean & check air filter, front panel & cover

·         Check deodorising and purifying filter

·         Clean & check indoor evaporator coil

·         Clean & check indoor drainage tray

·         Vacuuming of drainage system

·         Check fan bearing and lubricate rotatable parts (if necessary)

·         Check compressor suction and discharge pressure,top up if necessary(extra charge)

·         Tightening of electrical contacts
